I have a heart-felt interest in 'mindfulness'. Its learning to see things as they actually are. It can help anyone suffering with pain, illness, stress, depression, anxiety and generally promotes well-being and helps one to live life more fully.

'A Cherokee Legend' ~
A grandfather was talking to his young grandson about life. He said, "I have two wolves inside of me strugging with each other. The first is the wolf of peace, love and kindness. The second wolf is fear, greed and hatred"
The grandson thought for a minute and then asked his grandfather, "which wolf will win grandfather?". The grandfather replied, "whichever one I feed".
